The spacious apartment offers a cozy living space that connects to a private patio. The living space is luxuriously furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with (sleeper)sofa. The kitchen wall offers, among other things, a vitro-ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and dishwasher.
A little tower connects the living area with the two bedrooms that each has its own en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed of 160×200 ; the second bedroom has a double bed of 180×200 that can easily be converted into two single beds.
Your private patio has outside furniture and a gas barbeque allowing for al fresco cooking and eating.
The maximal number of guests is 6 persons. If you prefer some extra space and privacy, you can avoid using the sleeper-sofa in the living room and rent the additional room with en-suite bathroom.
The apartment is part of a small complex with 3 units. One unit is occupied by the owners (a couple). Apart from this apartment there is also a studio.
