The apartment is located on the 7th floor of building Sirena which ensures a wide view to the sea and the Balcon de Europa. The living area offers a dining area with open plan kitchen and a sitting area that can be closed off with sliding doors to convert it in a private second bedroom (sleeping-sofa) with connecting bathroom.
The dining area connects to the terrace is large enough for outside sitting and dining or just to enjoy the view over the mediteranean.
The kitchen area offers, among other things, a vitro-ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and dishwasher.
The bedroom has a double 160x200cm bed with en-suite bathroom. A washing and drying machine can be found in a separate storage area.
All rooms are luxuriously furnished.
