Quiet and Private
Our property is around three hundred and fifty years old. Over the past years we have carefully renovated each building and terrace to create a warm, peaceful and comfortable environment for our guests. Finca Don Javier is divided into three holiday homes: the Apartment, the Cottage and the Extra Room.
The finca is also our own home. We are therefore available whenever needed while always respecting your privacy.
The finca sits at around 410 metres above sea level, close to Torrox, which enjoys one of the best climates in Europe. The surroundings are calm and natural, with views over the mountains and the Mediterranean. The property is completely fenced and covers around fifty acres.
A Beautiful, Natural Setting
The landscape is typical for the region, with mangos, avocados, olives, almonds and many Mediterranean plants and trees. You can enjoy pleasant walks directly from the finca. Nerja is about fifteen minutes away, Torrox Costa and Torrox Pueblo roughly ten minutes.
The finca features a 10 × 5 m heated swimming pool shared by the three units. Sun loungers, seating areas and an honesty bar are available.
Three Rental Options
There are three available properties to rent within Finca Don Javier: a 2-bedroom Apartment sleeping up to 6 persons, an cozy Cottage sleeping 4, and an Extra Room suitable for 2 persons.
Don Javier Apartment
A spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a cosy living room, full kitchen and a generous private patio with BBQ. Sleeps up to 6 guests.
Don Javier Cottage
A charming studio-style cottage next to the swimming pool, with a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor space. Sleeps up to 4 guests.
Don Javier Extra Room
A comfortable double bedroom with kitchenette, private bathroom and terrace. To sleep 2 extra guests when renting the Apartment or Cottage.
